There are a few reasons why your EnerPlex Jumpr might not be charging your device correctly:
Make sure the device is securely connected to the Jumpr
Is the Jumpr charged? If not, using the included Micro USB cable, connect the Jumpr Battery pack to a power source. Once fully charged, the Jumpr will illuminate 4 Blue LED lights.
To properly turn on the charging capabilities for your Jumpr, you must hold down the power button for FIVE COMPLETE SECONDS.
A fully charged EnerPlex Jumpr will exhibit four blue LED lights. Each Blue LED light accounts for 25% charged capacity. For example, if there are only 3 Blue LED lights illuminated, the Jumpr battery pack is 75% charged.
To turn on the flashlight function, simply tap the power button once and the light will come on. To turn the flashlight off, tap the power button once more.
Using the included Micro USB cable to connect the Jumpr Battery Pack to a power source, the EnerPlex Jumpr will charge from 0 – 100%:

Using solely the EnerPlex Kickr IV to charge the EnerPlex Jumpr from 0 – 100%:

mAh stands for Milliamps Hours. This is a unit for measuring electric power over time. mAh is used to describe the total amount of energy a battery can store at one time. EnerPlex Jumprs come in two different mAh sizes – 4400mAh and 7800mAh. Most smartphones internal batteries range from 1400mAh to 2200mAh.

No. The EnerPlex Jumprs are NOT waterproof.
Yes. EnerPlex Jumprs CAN charge two devices at once using a Y splitter.
No. EnerPlex Jumprs will NOT charge a laptop. Most laptops and large tablets require a power source greater than 10watts. An EnerPlex Jumpr’s current output is 5watts.
Yes. EnerPlex Jumprs will charge SOME, but not all tablets. Below, is a list of tablets that can be fully charged by the EnerPlex Jumprs:
